The multi-phase Leopard decanter - The multi-phase Leopard decanter

The multi-phase Leopard decanter does not require the addition of water, but optimizes the vegetation water and produces two by-products instead of one waste: the patè and the pomace. This decanter allows a significant reduction of the environmental impact of olive oil production and the valorization of the obtained by-products.

The pomace produced with this system has a reduced amount of residual water that makes it suitable for the production of high-calorific pellets.

The patè contains the vegetation water mixed with the olive pulp and is ideal as a pesticide or for sheep feed.

The reduced amount of water used during the extraction process allows for an olive oil enriched with polyphenols, water-soluble antioxidants naturally contained in olives. In fact, the analysis of oils extracted with the DMF system revealed a polyphenol content about 30% higher than other systems (ref. Dr. Elisa Venturi, Pieralisi Group - Olive Oil Division, Business Development Manager).

In conclusion, oils extracted with the DMF system have superior quality, are greener and more aromatic, and the entire extraction process is more eco-sustainable.

The multi-phase Leopard decanter
The multi-phase decanter Leopard does not require the addition of water, but it optimizes the vegetation water and it produces two instead of one side products: the patè and the pomace. This decanter allows a considerable reduction of the environmental impact of the olive oil production and the recovery of the waste.

The pomace produced with this system has a reduced amount of residual water that makes it suitable for making pellets with high calorific value.

The isolated patè contains the vegetation water mixed with the olive pulp and it is ideal as pesticide or for sheep feeding.

The smaller amount of water used during the process allows the production of a olive oil enriched with polyphenols, water-soluble antihoxidants naturally contained in olives. The analysis of the oils extracted with the DMF system revealed a polyphenol content higher than about 30% compared to other systems (ref. Dr. Elisa Venturi, Pieralisi Group – Olive Oil Division, Business Development Manager).

In conclusion, the oils extracted with the DMF system have superior quality, are greener and more aromatic and the entire extraction process is more environmentally sustainable.
